"So who are you?"
Mindset Graphics is a small 'mom and pop' but busy design studio that is now physically located in Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia having moved from the edge of Toronto, Ontario in Canada.
"Who are your clients?"
Mindset Graphics works with carefully chosen clients from all over North America and the UK (so far) from micro to small SOHO startups, all the way to larger corporations.
"What do you do?"... seems like such a simple question. To answer that question for Mindset Graphics, it would be "we help organizations with their outward facing look."
That leaves questions. How about..
"We try to deliver new and compelling designs to our clients every day."
Not bad. That's the core of what we believe as a business. We're constantly evolving with our clientelle.
"How can you help me?"
We can help you in a number of ways. First off, you're most likely here looking for some help with appearances whether it's a logo, business cards, web site or whatever other designs you're thinking of having done right now.
During our process, we look deeper into design and beyond what you want as the client. We get to what your prospects need from you.
"I want more."
We're not the kid next door. A major part of our business is ensuring legal compliance, longevity of design, and correct ownership assignments for all our projects.
We don't want you to need us, we simply need you to want us. It's your call, we're not going to try to make that initial decision for you.
"What else should I know?"
We're not going to sugar coat problems that we find, and some of our advice or commentary may seem brutal. It's experienced honesty. We're not your mum or your friend, but we still care deeply about all of our client relationships.
We're not simply going to agree with everything you ask us to do for you. That's part of our job function as designers: to stop our clients from making design mistakes based on nothing more than them thinking something they want is simply 'cool'.
